Plans for Term 2

Due to the multidirectional nature of our project, we have successfully negotiated with our client to arrive at a shared vision of the project objectives. These objectives are outlined within our requirement tables and use cases. Our priorities will follow that of our MoSCoW definitions. We shall work closely with the backend teams to successfully link our front-end to their work to arrive at a functional solution.

We will be using bi weekly sprints to implement component features. Testing is to be done throughout the project with unit testing to be performed at the end of each sprint. Manual testing along with automated testing with methods outlined in the testing section will ensure the quality of our solution. Once a functioning version becomes available, user acceptance testing shall begin and revision sprints shall be performed.

Along the development process, we will be documenting the process in detail for our client as this is something our client has placed emphasis on. Showing progress and documenting why decisions and mistakes were made takes precedence over delivering a functioning solution, although providing both is clearly optimal.
